We're pleased to introduce a new feature that checks the membership status of users within the organizing organization when they sign up for a tournament. This feature ensures that only eligible members can register for specific divisions, streamlining the registration process and maintaining the integrity of your tournament.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Create a Tournament
Start by creating a new tournament in Club Locker. Fill in all the necessary details, such as the tournament name, dates, and location.
2. Select Available Divisions
During the tournament setup, you will be prompted to select the divisions that will be available for sign-up. Choose the divisions that you want to offer in your tournament.
3. Enable Membership Check
To enable the Membership Check feature, look for the checkbox labeled “Membership” next to each division you have selected. Check this box to activate the membership verification process for that division. This will ensure that only users who are active members of your organization can sign up for the selected divisions.
4. Save the Tournament Settings
Once you have configured the divisions and enabled the Membership Check feature, save your tournament settings. The system will now automatically check the membership status of users when they attempt to sign up for the divisions that require membership verification.
By clicking on "Buy Membership" the player will be able to purchase the appropriate membership to be eligible to play the tournament.
