HOW-TO USE THE FIX FEATURE
When to use the Fix Feature: Once the tournament has already started, and you wish to change:
- The date and time of a match
- The court assignment of a match
- In the instance of a player withdrawing, defaulting, or retiring: occasionally the ClubLocker software will not automatically continue to progress the winning player through the tournament. In these instances, you can use the Fix Feature to manually input the player’s name in the next match.
- To find the draw editing page you need, start by visiting your tournament home page, either by using a link or by using the search bar on the ClubLocker 2.0 website (ussquash.clublocker.com).
- On your tournament’s home page, click “Switch to Admin View”.
- Under the Entrants tab, click on the division where you wish to make the change.
- The division’s entrants list will be displayed. At the bottom of the entrants list, click “Manage Division”.
- This button will take you to the SSM version (aka, the old version) of the US Squash webpage. In the top right corner of the screen, click “View Draw”.
- On the top right of the Tournament Draw page, click “Fix”.
- Now, the draw will appear again, but will have red, underlined numbers next to every match on the draw. Click the number of the match you want to edit.
- The Fix Window will appear. In the window, you can: Change the match date and time; Change the court; and Change the players by editing the indicated fields. When finished, click “Save and Exit”.
